このプライバシーポリシーは、SemiSleep（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取扱いを説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリの開発者は、アプリの利用に伴ってユーザーを識別する個人情報、利用状況、広告ID、位置情報、連絡先、写真、健康データ、診断データを収集しません。
本アプリは、就寝時刻、起床時刻、曜日別設定、一時的な時刻変更、メーター表示、テーマ、言語、オンボーディング完了状態などの設定を、端末内のUserDefaultsおよびApp Group領域に保存します。これらの情報は、アプリ本体とウィジェットで表示を同期するために使われます。
2. App Storeの購入情報
SemiSleep Plusの購入はAppleのStoreKitおよびApp Storeの仕組みにより処理されます。本アプリは、Plus機能を有効にするために購入資格を確認しますが、開発者はユーザーのApple ID、支払情報、カード情報を受け取りません。Appleによる情報の取扱いはAppleのポリシーに従います。
3. 利用目的
- 就寝時刻・起床時刻・表示設定を端末内に保存するため
- ホーム画面およびロック画面ウィジェットに現在のメーターを表示するため
- SemiSleep Plusの購入状態を確認し、有料デザインを有効化するため
- ユーザーから問い合わせがあった場合に返信や調査を行うため
4. 第三者提供・共有
開発者は、本アプリ内の設定データを第三者に販売、共有、提供しません。本アプリは広告、トラッキング、解析SDKを使用しません。
ユーザーがサポート窓口としてGitHub Issues等の外部サービスを利用する場合、そのサービス上で入力した内容は各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。
5. 保存期間と削除
端末内に保存された設定は、ユーザーが設定を変更するまで、または本アプリを削除するまで保存されます。サポート対応のためにユーザーが任意で送信した情報は、問い合わせ対応および記録管理に必要な範囲で保持されます。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、子どもから個人情報を意図的に収集しません。保護者の方が問題に気づいた場合は、サポートページからご連絡ください。
7. セキュリティ
本アプリは、ユーザー設定を端末内に保存し、開発者が運営する外部サーバーへ送信しない設計です。ただし、いかなる保存方法も完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
8. 変更
本ポリシーは、アプリの機能変更、法令変更、運用変更に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、このページの更新により通知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how SemiSleep (the "App") handles information.
1. Information We Collect
The developer does not collect personal information that identifies you, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, health data, or diagnostic data through the App.
The App stores settings such as bedtime, wake time, weekday schedules, temporary time overrides, meter style, theme, language, and onboarding status in UserDefaults and an App Group container on your device. These settings are used to keep the main app and widgets in sync.
2. App Store Purchase Information
SemiSleep Plus purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The App checks purchase entitlements to enable Plus features, but the developer does not receive your Apple ID, payment information, or card details. Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's policies.
3. How We Use Information
- To save bedtime, wake time, and display preferences on your device
- To show the current meter in Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
- To verify SemiSleep Plus purchase status and unlock paid designs
- To respond to and investigate support requests you send voluntarily
4. Sharing
The developer does not sell, share, or provide the App's local settings data to third parties. The App does not use advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.
If you contact support through an external service such as GitHub Issues, the information you enter there is handled under that service's privacy policy.
5. Retention and Deletion
Settings stored on your device remain until you change them or delete the App. Information you voluntarily send for support may be retained as needed to respond to your request and maintain support records.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian notices a concern, please contact us through the support page.
7. Security
The App is designed to store user settings locally and not transmit them to a developer-operated server. However, no storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated when the App, laws, or operations change. Material changes will be posted on this page.
