この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、SemiSleep（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本アプリの内容
本アプリは、設定した就寝時刻や起床時刻に基づき、起きている時間の残りをメーターやウィジェットで表示するアプリです。本アプリは医療、診断、治療、健康管理上の助言を提供するものではありません。
2. ライセンス
App Storeを通じて取得した本アプリには、Appleの標準使用許諾契約（Standard EULA）が適用されます。Appleの標準使用許諾契約と本規約が矛盾する場合、適用される範囲ではAppleの標準使用許諾契約が優先されます。
3. SemiSleep Plus
SemiSleep Plusは、Plus限定メーター、Plus限定テーマ、開発者が提供するPlus向けデザインを利用できる買い切りのアプリ内購入です。購入価格は購入時にApp Storeまたは本アプリ内に表示される価格です。
決済、返金、購入履歴、復元はAppleのApp StoreおよびStoreKitの仕組みにより処理されます。返金を希望する場合は、Appleの手続きに従ってください。
4. 禁止事項
- 本アプリの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布を法令やライセンスに反して行うこと
- 本アプリや関連ページの運用を妨害すること
- 法令、公序良俗、本規約に反する方法で本アプリを利用すること
5. 変更・中断
開発者は、本アプリの機能、デザイン、価格、提供内容を変更、追加、停止することがあります。Plus向けの将来デザインは、特定の時期、数量、内容を保証するものではありません。
6. 免責
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリが常に正確、完全、継続的、エラーのない状態で動作することを保証しません。就寝時刻や起床時刻の管理、睡眠、健康、生活習慣に関する判断は、ユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。
7. 責任の制限
法令で認められる範囲において、開発者は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じる間接損害、特別損害、逸失利益、データ損失について責任を負いません。
8. 知的財産権
本アプリ、名称、デザイン、コード、画像、テキストその他の権利は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
9. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法に準拠します。ただし、ユーザーの居住地において強行法規が適用される場合、その強行法規の適用を妨げるものではありません。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SemiSleep (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
The App displays remaining waking time as a meter and widget based on bedtime and wake time settings. The App does not provide medical, diagnostic, treatment, or health advice.
2. License
Apps obtained through the App Store are subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If Apple's Standard EULA conflicts with these Terms, Apple's Standard EULA controls to the extent applicable.
3. SemiSleep Plus
SemiSleep Plus is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks Plus-only meters, Plus-only themes, and Plus-oriented designs made available by the developer. The purchase price is the price shown in the App or App Store at the time of purchase.
Payments, refunds, purchase history, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. If you want to request a refund, please follow Apple's process.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or redistributing the App in violation of law or license terms
- Interfering with the operation of the App or related pages
- Using the App in a way that violates laws, public order, or these Terms
5. Changes and Availability
The developer may change, add, suspend, or discontinue App features, designs, prices, or offerings. Future Plus designs are not guaranteed as to timing, quantity, or specific content.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." The developer does not warrant that the App will always be accurate, complete, continuous, or error-free. Decisions about bedtime, wake time, sleep, health, and lifestyle are your responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, profit-loss, or data-loss damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, name, designs, code, images, text, and related rights belong to the developer or their lawful rights holders.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
